Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees incurred due to incorrect shipping information are the customer’s responsibility.

In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivery for store credit only.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Final sale items (including food, seasonal, and discounted products) are not eligible for return.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if the item is no longer available.

6. Intellectual Property
