Return & Refund Policy

At Willrett Flower Co., we carefully curate every item in our shop. Because of the nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:

Fresh Flowers
All fresh floral purchases are final sale due to their perishable nature. If there is ever a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we will make it right.

Gifts & Retail Items
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with original receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

After 7 days (and within 14 days), items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

After 14 days, all sales are final.

Gift Receipts
Items purchased with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale:

  • Plants

  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise

  • Sale items

  • Food and candy

  • Bath and body products

  • Custom or personalized items

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. If an item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your receipt and a photo (if applicable). We are happy to offer a replacement or store credit for verified damage.

We are not responsible for damage caused after the item leaves the shop.
